Take 1 cup suji in a bowl. Now add all the chopped vegetables ( carrot, onion, capsicum, tomato ) to the bowl.
Also add 1 cup curd to the bowl.
Put salt, oregano, chopped green chilli to the paste and now pour some water.
Mix it gently and then keep the paste aside for 15-20 mins.
Now grease some oil on hot pan and then spread the batter as thin as possible.
After some time flip the chilla. Let the chilla cook on low flame.
Let the chilla turn brown on both the sides.
Now serve the chilla with coriander chutney or any dip of your choice.
